By accessing or using PopMe ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

PopMe provides a service that connects your email accounts to WhatsApp, enabling you to receive instant notifications about important emails through WhatsApp messages. The Service processes your emails based on your configured preferences and filters to determine which emails warrant notifications.

Account Requirements

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Have a valid email account and WhatsApp number
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Acceptable Use

Email and WhatsApp Access

• You are responsible for any charges from your email or WhatsApp providers

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

Subscription and Payments

Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any notifications or content.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PopMe and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party services including email providers and WhatsApp. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any third-party services or their availability.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.
